Red and Green Polymer Clay Earrings

I made these earrings out of polymer clay in many shades of red, pink, brown and green. All of the designs that you see in the earrings are in the clay itself, no paints were used. After curing the earrings, I carefully hand-sanded them through eight grits of sandpaper to a smooth finish with a soft sheen. I then added swarovski crystals for more sparkle. I glued sterling silver posts to the earrings with a super strong adhesive, making them lightweight yet durable. The colors complement many different outfits.
